From decision to launch in 30 days

You're convinced. Now what? Here's your 30-day implementation roadmap.

Week 1: Plan & Prepare

Day 1-2: Space Assessment - Walk your gym with fresh eyes - Identify the best location for the family zone (visible, safe, accessible) - Measure the space - Take photos for your "before"

Day 3-4: Budget & Order - Decide on your tier (Essential, Upgraded, or Premium) - Order equipment (BabyGains ships within 3-5 business days) - Order flooring and mounting supplies - Set budget for any construction needs

Day 5-7: Policy Development - Draft your family zone rules (see Chapter 3) - Create staff training outline - Develop waiver/liability additions to membership agreement - Plan your announcement strategy

Week 2: Build

Day 8-10: Physical Setup - Clear and clean the designated space - Install flooring - Mount whiteboard and any wall-mounted items - Paint or decorate if desired

Day 11-12: Equipment Setup - Unbox and arrange all equipment - Create storage system - Set up any tech (speakers, projector) - Safety check everything

Week 4: Launch
