How do I get started?
Download Baby Gains Play from the App Store or Google Play. Create an account, add your child's info, and start your first workout in under 2 minutes.
What ages is the app for?
Baby Gains Play is designed for children aged 0-8, split into four age groups: Tiny Gains (0-2), Little Gains (2-4), Junior Gains (4-6), and Strong Gains (6-8).
Is the app free?
Yes, Baby Gains Play is free to download with a free tier you can use forever. Preseason, the whole pregnancy week by week, is free, and logging feeds, sleep and nappies is free and always will be. Basic ($6.99/mo or $66.99/yr) unlocks the full library of 146 workouts and 649 illustrated exercises for one kid. Family ($12.99/mo or $124.99/yr) covers every kid in the house with a weekly plan that adapts as they grow.
What is the Founding 500 offer?
A one-time €49 payment for lifetime access to everything: every season, every kid, every future update, and no subscription ever. There are 500 passes and no more. It is on sale now at babygains.store, and your pass activates in the app.
How do I cancel my subscription?
Subscriptions are managed through Apple (App Store → your profile → Subscriptions) or Google Play (Play Store → Payments & subscriptions). We don't have access to cancel on your behalf. Founding 500 lifetime is a one-time purchase, so there is nothing to cancel.
How do I get a refund?
Apple and Google handle subscription refunds directly. For App Store, visit reportaproblem.apple.com. For Google Play, go to your purchase history. The Founding 500 pass is bought on babygains.store, so for that one email philip@babygains.nl within 30 days of purchase.
Is my child's data safe?
Absolutely. Baby Gains Play is COPPA and GDPR compliant. We don't show ads, don't track your child, and never share data with third parties. See our Privacy Policy for details.
Do I need BabyGains equipment?
No. Most workouts are bodyweight-only. If you own our wooden fitness gear (barbell, kettlebell, sled), you'll unlock dedicated equipment workouts.
How do I delete my account?
In the app: Settings → Account → Delete Account. Your data will be purged within 30 days. You can also email us to request deletion.
Technical Issues
If the app crashes or you experience bugs, please email us with:

- A screenshot if possible
